The Role of a Multi-Family Office (MFO) in Complex Solutions

An MFO serves as a client’s headquarters that provides an effective interaction (decision making, control, structuring) between the client (his tasks, needs and so on) and providers, consultants, banks and management of beneficiaries’ businesses.

In practice, a central body emerges within the traditional chain of CLIENT–SERVICE PROVIDERS. In this role, an MFO serves to fulfill only one task – find the most effective solutions for the challenges our clients face:

  • Mitigating communication processes efficiently to achieve a total understanding of the clients’ tasks by an executive party
  • Monitoring of the current, strategic and emerging tasks/targets of the client and their structuring
  • Preserving a unified structural architecture of a client, permissible risk level, transparency level and level of control over assets/businesses

The construction of two hotels on the territory of the Manchester airport, one of the main airports in Great Britain. 629 rooms will be located in two adjacent buildings (seven and eight floors, respectively). The project also includes the creation of 416 parking spots, conference halls and restaurants. Hotel guests will have access to an indoor passage to the airport terminal.

Wolverhampton, UK

The project site is located in the north from the city center, within walking distance of the University. A bus stop near the site provides quick access to the campus and the city center. A shopping mall and Fowler Park are located in walking distance. Within the framework of the project, the construction of a student campus with 812 seating capacity is planned.

This project draws its inspiration from the lovely Czech capital. Built in the second half of the 19th century, this residential building decorated with the neo-Renaissance style façade is located in one of the most exclusive residential districts in Prague.
